The moral accessment form is a form developed to help parents ascertain the moral conduct of their child/children in the school.
The report booklet which is issued to a child at the end of every term, gives parents only
the academic performance of their child/children in the school, but with this
assessment form parents are able to assess their child/children morally.
However, this form is given to the teacher of the child to score his/her moral conduct.
