Everyone needs a Team.
An African proverb says “if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.
Teamwork and cooperation is important because it creates and multiplies synergy. Don’t try to work alone. As the word implies, it is a Team working together to achieve a common goal. It is pulling of and putting together of human and financial resources to achieve a common goal, the success of the group representing the advancement of the Team.
I have found out that many people work alone, but find it extremely difficult to work with others.This can be consuming.

Teamwork is therefore an employability skill we must master as early as possible. We must learn to collaborate.
Collaboration is ideal! It increase our chances of getting a job and faster. It also enhances the possibility of achieving one’s dream in Life.
If you run an organization, or any form of business, you must understand that teamwork is a crucial part of a business and a vital employability skill. It means that people will try to co-operate, using their individual skills and providing constructive feedback, despite any personal conflict between individuals.
Properly managed, Teamwork has the potential to maximize strength, and thus bring out the best in each team member.
